Tips for Chefs

All cutlery & plates are provided - don't bring.
You will not be doing salad & rolls.
Most cooks are "main course," some are "dessert," some are both. The Cooking Coordinator will allocate you.
Meal time is scheduled for 6:30pm.
Most cooks cook at home, then re-heat on site.
Ideally we would like you to come on the night to heat up and supervise your food, and eat with us. The excellent kitchen is available from 4:30 pm (no earlier please). However, if you cannot come on the night, food can be delivered to Laurie-Ann frozen, or we will pick-up (call 591-3903). We are eternally grateful to you all. We of course reimburse you for all expenses.
