Tips for Chefs

All cutlery & disposable plates are provided - don't bring.
You will not be doing salad & rolls.
You will be doing the main course - about 30 people.
Meal time is scheduled for 6:15pm to 6:30pm.
Please let Laurie-Ann know if you prefer not to make dessert. We have dessert volunteers.
Most cooks cook at home, then re-heat on site.
Ideally we would like you to come on the night to heat up and supervise your food, and eat with us. The excellent kitchen is available from 5:00 pm (no earlier please). However, if you cannot come on the night, food can be delivered to Laurie-Ann frozen, or we will pick-up. We are eternally grateful to you all. We of course reimburse you for all expenses.
