KENOSIS  is:

Tony Copple: guitar, mandolin, recordings, web, roadie
Ingrid deBuda: vocals, omnichord

We hail from

and Ottawa,
Ontario

We play in churches,
for Alpha courses, and
for Cursillo events

    Coming from four parishes and three different denominations, we particularly enjoy sharing our music at inter-denominational worship events and gatherings.

    We chose the name Kenosis from Philippians. It refers to the self-emptying of Christ: "Christ Jesus, being in very nature God, did not regard equality with God as something to be exploited, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant..." (Phil 2:5-7)   (Philippians hymn).
